At Desert Palm, customer satisfaction is our priority. As our products are food items, we maintain strict quality standards to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Product: The product was received in a physically damaged, broken, or tampered condition.
- Spoiled or Expired Product: The product received is past its expiry date or has spoiled prior to or upon delivery, through no fault of the customer.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order. Claims made after this window will not be entertained. When reaching out, please provide your order details along with clear photographs of the affected product as proof.
Please note that we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or stored incorrectly after delivery. Refunds or replacements will be processed on a case-by-case basis after review.
