All orders placed through Desert Palm are delivered within Pakistan only. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by location — major cities typically receive orders within 3–5 business days, while delivery to remote or outstation areas may take longer.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order. Desert Palm is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or high-demand periods. Desert Palm is not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
