All orders are delivered within Pakistan only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier conditions. Desert Palm is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or tampered with.
• The product received is past its expiry date or has gone bad upon delivery.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the affected product. Items that have been opened and used under normal conditions are not eligible for return.
